Accessibility
This website has been designed to meet the Australian Government standards for accessibility and useability under the terms of the Australian Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992. The site incorporates all relevant priority 1 and most priority 2 and priority 3 requirements from the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
As the site is mainly text-based we have not provided a text-only version of the site. Instead we use alternative text (known as ALT text) to describe the function and/or visual content of graphics for those using screen readers and other similar hardware/software for vision impaired users.
This site has been developed to display adequately on all commonly used browsers. It is designed for a minimum of 1024 x 768 screen resolution and to ensure effective operation by persons using accessibility hardware and/or software. All pages are fully browseable by use of the tab key.
